Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, from planning and execution to post-implementation support. This role demands strong project leadership, deep SAP domain knowledgeâ€”especially in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, and proven expertise in at least one specific module such as SAP HR (HCM/SuccessFactors) or Core ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain). The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality,
Lead all phases of SAP S/4HANA project delivery including planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization
Drive migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption
Manage project teams, tools, and budgets to maximize efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external resources, including on shore and offshore teams.
Define and manage project scope, aligning deliverables with business requirements and change control processes.
Develop and monitor detailed project plans; ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle via reviews, testing, and validation checkpoints.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement and communication.
Address concerns proactively and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues appropriately for resolution.
Ensure successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA services, with a focus on end-to-end process integration and optimization.
Report regularly on project status, KPIs, and business impact to internal and client leadership.
Mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and performance excellence.
Manage and coordinate module owners (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics) and collaborate with implementation vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery across all functional areas.

Role Proficiencies:

SAP S/4HANA Expertise/ Certification: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules, with hands-on involvement in migration from SAP ECC.
Module Specialization: Prior hands-on experience or delivery leadership in at least one of the following: SAP HR/HCM or SuccessFactors Core ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics)
Project Management: Proven experience managing large SAP transformation programs using agile or waterfall methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SAP ABAP, HANA, Fiori, and integration technologies.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with technical teams, clients, and executives
Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and build a high-performing delivery culture.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying root causes and driving corrective actions to resolution.
Education: Bachelorâ€™s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or post-graduate specialization is a plus.
