Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design and delivery of Salesforce implementations across a large, complex initiative. This role functions independently and works in close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand objectives, translate requirements, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions that align with both business goals and platform best practices.
Independently lead architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple initiatives or a large complex project.
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, providing expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate approaches and support requirement definitions.
Translate business needs into technical solutions using standard Salesforce functionality and custom development where appropriate.
Drive prioritization and scoping discussions to shape functional and technical requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teamsâ€”including Sales, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketingâ€”to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
Proactively identify potential risks or design challenges and provide mitigation strategies.
Proven experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, including designing and building customer portals that securely connect Account IDs with unified customer truth data across systems.
Design and implement scalable data models to support evolving project needs and integrations.

Role Proficiencies:

8â€“10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Architecture experience.
Salesforce Certified (Architecture Track).
Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model across clouds, with significant data modelling experience.
Experience architecting solutions on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce solutions.
