Develop, maintain, and manage a consistent set of reports that provide the sales management team with different views of the business to enable insight and efficiencies
Provide insights, recommendations and directions by understanding and analyzing the sales trend data and the correlation to the business
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports. KPIs and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Analyzing sales performance, pipeline and other sales metrics to enable business decisions and identify trends
Support Partner Account Managers with all Partner reporting questions and suggestions
Assist in reporting requirements for Sales Commissions to cross functional teams
Provide ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis
Contribute to managing all Fiery pricing processes, tools, enquiries, administration. Develop new and improved processes and tools to help ensure higher quality, faster turnaround, and more automated processes.
Ensures compliance with required corporate controls and policies
Work with cross-functional teams to improves business processes
Role Proficiencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field, MBA a plus · 5 years of Sales Operations or related experience
Have Experience in reporting and providing analysis · Strong Excel skills are required
Experience in CRM tool, Salesforce.com preferred
Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI
Clear and logical thinking with an ability to deal with ambiguity.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational, project and time management skills with high attention to detail
