Key Responsibilities:

Achieves Room Revenue, Banquet and Outlet budget Revpar, Spa and other revenue budgets to be achieved.
EBITDA margins to be in line with the hotel revenue.
Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.
Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis & segment wise details to be formulated.

Role Proficiencies:

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer
