Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective participants to introduce the company's services, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify potential opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of the Growth Vidyapeeth's workshops, features, and benefits. Articulate the value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how it can positively impact their life
Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software / Google Sheets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales-related informa
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, progress, and results. Present sales performance data to the Faculty and Project Head
Role Proficiencies:
Excellent Communication Skill is a must (Fluency in English, Hindi and if possible, Gujarati)
