Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage delivery
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and grow customer base
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize restaurant performance
- Lead and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer experiences
Manage inventory, labor costs, and restaurant expenses to maximize profitability
Create and execute events, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales and engagement
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to feedback and concerns
Collaborate with the chef and culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Role Proficiencies:

3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a sales and marketing-focused role
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue growth
Strong knowledge of Portuguese cuisine and culture (desired)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (desired)
