Key Responsibilities:
  • The role entails building, developing and deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers.
  • The role bearer has a responsibility to contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer
  • The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.
  • Location for RM Gold Loan: Ongole ,Chittoor,Chirala,Gajuwaka,Mandapeta,Tuni,Tanuku,Anakapalle
  • Age upto 32 only can apply
  • Build the Gold loan Asset book to ensure scale and quality in the branch.
  • Maintain pristine portfolio quality across all buckets.
  • Ensure Gold loan canvassers productivity of Rs 10 Lakhs.
  • Identification of Gold loan Canvassers. Marketing activities across branch catchments.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
