Key Responsibilities:

This position will interact with the Design and MEP Teams, Project co-ordinator, Head of Projects and Maintenance, Accounts department, Regional Project Managers, and Marketing Managers of each region to stay focused on IMPRESARIO Expansion and New projects for efficient, timely and cost effective results and purchase / procurements.
This position will work closely with all external agency representatives to ensure effective and efficient Project procurement delivery support as per the specified guidelines and terms of contract.
Co-ordinate with Supply chain Department (to or if need be ) Negotiating on rates, calling in comparatives, making rate contracts, and processing work orders and or purchase order or annual contracts.
Coordinating pre and post contract, multidisciplinary project team and external consultants and ensure implementation of strategies, logistics, planning and administration of the developments through the multidisciplinary team

Role Proficiencies:

Proven working experience as Regional Purchasing Manager, Agent or Officer and Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
