Key Responsibilities:

2-4 years of strong design and programming and troubleshooting skills in C++/VC++, Win32 SDK/Cocoa and Multithreaded programming on Windows or MAC OSX
Knowledge of MFC/wxWidgets or any UI frameworks is preferred
Knowledge of Web development using any Web Architecture frameworks is preferred
Strong ability to understand existing code and create quality code from design models/documents

Role Proficiencies:

Strong ability to understand existing code and create quality code from design models/documents
Desire/initiative/ability to learn more advanced technical and design concepts
Successful demonstration of sensitivity and commitment to business issues and problems
