Key Responsibilities:

Collections/ Recovery : Regular EMI and overdues from the customers of allotted areas as well as RC books, PDDs.
Complete control on NPA and Overdue cases and other overall reduction to minimal.
Customer services-Attending to customer inquires/grievances on timely basis.
Timely reporting of all the activities to controlling and Zonal Office.
Maintaining Nil Non-Starters.
Nil Repo Stock.
OD Levels Less than 2%.

Role Proficiencies:

Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
