Key Responsibilities:

â— Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project.specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and audits of materials, workmanship, and installations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, non- conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality management best practices and procedures.

Role Proficiencies:

Education - Graduate / PG
Proven experience in tendering and cost estimating within the interior execution industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
