Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience as a Project manager plus 2 years experience in CTO.
Strong PM that has CTO, good communication, mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
Conduct through project assessments, including risk analysis, resource planning to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of large scale projects related to software development, deployment and automation while ensuring adherence to scoop budget and schedule requirements.
Develop, mantain and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and Staffing.
Adapt and contribute to the overall success of the project management practice within the organization
