Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong corporate and institutional relationships.
Identify and engage with companies for student placements and partnerships.
Represent the organization in meetings, events, and career fairs.
Coordinate with colleges and training institutions for outreach and collaboration.
Organize campus drives, skill workshops, and placement activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job opportunities, and placements.
Ensure target achievements in both placement numbers and institutional tie-ups.

Role Proficiencies:

3â€“4 years of relevant experience in placements, institutional sales, or corporate liaison roles.
Strong connects in corporates and colleges is a must.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
Dynamic, proactive, and highly organized.
