Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction scores
Cross-sell/upsell set products like loans and mortgages, priority/elite accounts
Complying to service and sales guidelines

Role Proficiencies:

Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years relevant role in voice customer service
Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services
Good communication skills in both English and local language
Ability to successfully work as a part of a team
