The VAM is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing assistance with banking queries, and promoting various banking products and services.
Actively engage with customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products, services, and solutions based on their profiles and preferences.
Educate customers about the features, benefits, and options of various banking products and services to drive product adoption and enhance customer understanding.
Utilize digital tools and banking platforms efficiently to manage customer accounts, facilitate transactions, and guide customers in using online banking services effectively.
Ensure compliance with established customer service standards, procedures, and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
Cross-sell a range of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment opportunities, to existing and potential customers in line with their financial goals.
Role Proficiencies:
Prior experience in customer service or sales within the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve queries over the phone.
Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
