Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the mutual fund distribution company, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and mitigate risks.
Monitor operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence.
Stay up to date with industry regulations, such as AMFI requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data privacy requirements.
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

Role Proficiencies:

Strong knowledge of mutual fund distribution operations, including fund administration, transfer agency, compliance, and regulatory requirements and lending operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
