NRI / Priority Banking Relationship Manager Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
  • NRI RM role for DM grade and Manager Grade in Kochi and Trivandrum / Priority Banking for DM Grade available in Kochi
  • Provide financial solutions to the NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain a complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank.
  • Maintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.ich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
  • Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products
  • Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to India.
  • Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies and overseas branches.
  • Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
  • Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
  • Sales Experience in Handling HNI Customers in Banking sector
  • 5+ years of Banking & NBFC experience but the candidate should be working with a bank currently.
  • Must have handled portfolio before
  • NRI banking experience is a must
  • The Candidate should not be currently working with ICICI for less than 3 years
  • Experience:
