Key Responsibilities:

1) Understanding the Job description and doing Job posting on all platforms.
2) Sourcing from different job portals and then screening the profiles on daily basis as per the role assigned by the Client Manager.
3) Submit relevant profiles in the required client tracker format with all the details of the candidate to the Client Manager on daily.
4) Timely reporting for the work done.
5) Attending team calls.
6) Adding the CV's sourced on the backend portal.

Role Proficiencies:

1) Should have experience in sourcing profiles in Banking domain
2) Should have done bulk hiring
3) Should have worked on walk-in drives on daily basis.
4) Should have worked on Junior and Senior roles in Banking domain till VP level.
5) Should have a success ratio in achieving targets.
