Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of Design and execution of build, test and transition to operations of integrated digital workplace solutions to support a global population of 12k laptops & desktops across 40+ countries and
  • Collaboration with product managers / local Business Unit Director to implement their vision, aligned with product roadmaps and strategic goals.
  • Interaction with vendors to present our needs and expectations, secure relevant solutions to be tested and deployed and integrate our needs regarding security scopes.
  • Resolution of digital workplace related incidents and service outages/degradations not resolved by L1 and L2.
  • Act as the tier 3 technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers and update knowledge database
  • Creation and maintenance of procedures and technical documentation (designs, security and compliance assessments, proof-of-concept studies, deployment guides, training materials & operational guides a
  • Engineering and development of custom solutions with various tooling such as PowerShell and scripting.
  • Working with Global team to execute small, medium, and large-scale global implementations.
  • Operate Operating System deployment strategy using SCCM and Intune AutoPilot to implement both Imageless solution as well as hardware independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and O
  • Work with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot environment including device enrolment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, configuring profiles, managing device access and compliance, app
  • Manage endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.

Role Proficiencies:
  • 4+ or more years experience working with the Intune, SCCM, Autopilot
  • Handled enterprise mobile device management platforms (Intune)
  • Application lifecycle management using Intune and SCCM (Packaging, Distribution Deployment, Reporting, Retire)
  • Experience with traditional Windows build creation and OS deployment processes.
  • Experience managing small projects and leading initiatives with minimal direction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expert-level automation experience using PowerShell.
  • Build application Package for Intune deployment
  • Intune Device management & OS hardening/device policies
  • Experience working on Microsoft Office 365 suite product and solutions
