Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with 4â€“5 years of experience in building AI agents, chatbots, and automation solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure AI services.
AI Agent & Chatbot Development Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio . Build conversational experiences including: o Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows Create reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responses
Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)
Strong knowledge of: o Conversational AI & chatbot development o Prompt engineering & agent instruction design
Experience with: o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) o API integrations and connectors
Basic familiarity with: o Azure AI / Azure OpenAI o RAG-based solutions and knowledge grounding
