Key Responsibilities:

Experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture role in Microsoft PowerPlatform.
Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 / Azure-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with: o Copilot implementation (Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio) o Azure OpenAI services and AI solution deployment o Building conversational AI or chatbot solutions
Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HR systems) with AI solutions.
Strong experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks in enterprise environments.
Exposure to multi-tenant environments and large-scale enterprise deployments.
Experience conducting POCs, pilots, and scaling AI solutions into production
Design end-to-end Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Define scalable AI architectures incorporating Azure AI services, orchestration patterns, and data grounding strategies. Design conversational AI solutions with multi-turn interactions, automation flows, and enterprise integrations. Develop reusable frameworks for prompts, plugins, connectors, and agent orchestration.
Integrate Copilot solutions with: Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) . Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) o Enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM) .Design API-based and event-driven architectures using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
Identify high-value use cases and define Copilot adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives. Lead discovery workshops, architecture discussions, and technical solutioning sessions. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on AI transformation initiatives.
Define governance frameworks including: Data security and privacy controls .Access management (Entra ID, RBAC) Compliance and regulatory standards Ensure Copilot operates within enterprise security boundaries and user access controls.
