Key Responsibilities:

Role Proficiencies:

Proven experience in corporate and MICE travel ticketing operations with hands-on GDS expertise (Galileo/Amadeus).
Strong knowledge of fare structures, airline fare rules, routing options, interline agreements, and sector-specific strategies.
Demonstrated ability in managing large teams with a focus on delivery, service quality, and escalation management.
Excellent negotiation skills and relationship-building ability with airline and visa partners.
Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Graduate in Travel or related field, IATA certification preferred.
Additional certifications in Airline Fares & Ticketing, MICE Management, or Travel ERP Systems is a plus.
