Key Responsibilities:

This position will interact with the Design Manager , Interior Designers, Project coordinator, Head of Projects, Head BD, Maintenance Manager, Regional Project Managers of each region to stay focused on IMPRESARIO Expansion plans / Facility Planning and optimum utilization of available resources for efficient, timely and cost effective results , MEP Draftsman - Engineer will work closely with the Internal / External Project and Interior Design Teams to ensure implementation of Facility Plannin
Plan MEP â€“ Equipments Layouts, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing Water- Drain, Fire safety and IT Networking drawings / Details / BOQâ€™s and get approvals on the same from Design Manager and / Or Project Head
Estimate and quantify the scope - MEP, HVAC fire safety and networking during pre-construction.
Â Documents, plans or layout making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP, HVAC fire safety and networking service providers
Assist Scheduling department by developing detailed fit out schedules for all MEP, HVAC fire safety and networking installation activities, including cost and resource loading.
Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations.

Role Proficiencies:

Â (SDR - Report) Audit and survey upcoming IMPRESARIO New outlets as per standard technical facility evaluation check list to design efficient MEP, HVAC fire safety and networking services
Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems and general understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project.
Dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors along with knowledge of MEP and HVAC Design application in F&B / Restaurant â€“ QRS sector
