Key Responsibilities:

Act as a brand focal point for the given project locations.
Developing and executing marketing programs for acquisition of new customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support.
Coordinate the design and production of marketing material.
Train/educate staff on effective use of marketing materials
Managing the MIS
Analysis of data on customer enquiries, sales movement & competition mapping.
Identify and develop relationships with vendors & suppliers

Role Proficiencies:

Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
Experience in consumer understanding, competition survey, future development in addition to tactical changes in existing plans
Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Strong creative and analytical skills
Good communication skills.
Prior work experience with a real estate company mandatory,either with a developer or an ad agency having real estate clients.
