Key Responsibilities:

Drive the team and help them with the business knowledge. Engage with business users to understand new requirements/enhancements/bugs/issues etc. related to their line of business and provide for technical solutions to fulfil the desired requirements.

Role Proficiencies:

Minimum Qualification required: B.Tech / B.E degree in technology
Qualifications preferred: PMP certified & MBA
Minimum 5-7 years of experience; Relevant 3-4 years of experience
BFSI domain experience along with Java expertise.
Must have good communication skills and should be able communicate clearly with business and the team.
Should have expertise in Team Management, Project Planning and Process enhancement, Interaction with Business Users, Vendor Management
