Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing agreements (commercial, supply, distribution, service, leave and license, lease etc.); coordinating with Business Partners in connection with business;
Handling Litigations (including appearing before the Civil, Criminal Court quasi- judicial body, preparing written representation, arguments etc.) pertaining to 138 NI Act, Legal Metrology, Consumer Law, Labour Laws, Civil and Criminal matters etc.
Maintaining case-papers, proper documentation of legal files. Preparing and Updating list of pending and ongoing cases. Attending Courts. Travelling in market,

Role Proficiencies:

Communicating regularly with external and internal stakeholders to develop a strong documentation culture in all concerned areas,
