Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly web applications.
Lead the development of the front-end of web applications using React and Redux.
Build reusable and scalable react components for the user interface.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services using Node.js.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Mentor and coach junior developers in the team.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.
Help plan and estimate development tasks, set priorities and deliver on time with high quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and input.
Guide junior developers and evolve best practices.
