Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance including logs, CPU usage, memory usage, and network activity.
Perform daily security backups and restore testing to ensure data integrity.
Conduct regular security audits and monitor for vulnerabilities or threats.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Install and configure software, operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.
Maintain and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Manage and update operating systems across devices.
Onboard new employees and manage their access tools and resources.
Monitor systems for performance issues and address bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Deploy firmware and software patches.
Ensure secure configuration of IT systems.
Enforce IT security policies and respond to incidents.
Diagnose and resolve outages and technical issues.
Configure internal systems to meet organizational needs.
Maintain system health through regular updates and optimizations.
Assist users with password resets and enforce security protocols.
Plan and execute system upgrades and ensure post-upgrade stability.
