International Customer Service Associate : Pune (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Prevent Issues, Solving Queries, Delight customers.
You will be the first point of contact for Customers by answering their request Through Phone, Chat and Email.
Handle Everything from order and product questions, Payment matters and website guidance.
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Should be Excellent in English Communication Skill. Travelling Allowance for candidates interested for Work from Office along with other benefits

Role Proficiencies:

Minimum Age- 18 year old / Freshers can also apply
24/7 Rotational shift/ 2 rotational week offs
Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
It is mandatory to have excellent English communication skills to be eligible for this role.
Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
