Key Responsibilities:

Record and track all company expenses in accounting software Ensure accurate and timely entry of expense data.
Record TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) journal vouchers accurately Perform regular TDS reconciliation to ensure compliance.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Maintain and record of all import activities, expenses, and shipments including Invoices, bill of lading, packing list, customs declarations, and certificates of origin supporting documents and Invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Record and Maintain Import remittance transaction and documents of suppliers.
Perform regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and errors and take corrective actions to resolve any discrepancies found during audits.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years working experience of computerized accounting software.
Can handle task independently without any monitoring / minimum monitoring.
Knowledge and experience of handling import Documents.
Knowledge of Banking is Must.
Knowledge of GST is Must.
