Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Scrutinizing the resumes and fixing interview, conducting the interview. (Internal / External source). Coordinate with recruitment consultant, Job Portals, Employee referrals etc
Screening Database and calling candidates to take basic details and scheduling interview for First Round with Hiring Manager
Hiring Report updation - Number of resumes received, calling done and shortlisted
Campus hiring coordination
Cold Calling, coordination with Recruitment consultant.
Reporting to HR Head.
