Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms as per brand standards, ensuring defectfree rooms and proper upkeep of trolleys, supplies, linen, and amenities.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in rooms, pantries, corridors, and fire exits using correct products and following periodic cleaning schedules.
Report maintenance issues, damages, losses, or unusual observations to the supervisor immediately.
ï‚· Support turndown service, late checkouts, and attend to guest requests promptly with courteous service.
Accurately follow supervisory instructions, update shift records, and adhere to safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Be familiar with hotel layout, fire exits, equipment, and promptly report emergencies or suspicious activity.
