Key Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including website images, banners, etc, social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
Work with copywriters and job handlers to produce final design.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
Ensure final artwork and design layouts are visually appealing and in line with the brand guidelines.
Drive the evolution of our brand identity by conceptualizing and executing engaging design solutions that reflect our core values and resonate with our desired audience.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously; lead by setting an example.

Role Proficiencies:

Relevant branding, and advertising experience in a creative
Proven track record of creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Final Cut) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and design layout composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas into attractive and visually pleasing creative interpretations.
Experience working in a B2B or logistics-related industry is a plus.
Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques is desirable. & experience in Office Branding, layout and 3-D designs.
