Key Responsibilities:

Cash flow forecasting and analysis: Preparing accurate cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Budget vs actual analysis: Monitoring and analyzing financial performance against budgeted targets, identifying variances
Project-level profit analysis: Analyzing the profitability of individual projects or initiatives, assessing revenue streams, cost structures, and resource allocation to drive informed project management and maximize profitability.
Finance dashboards: Developing and maintaining informative dashboards and reporting tools that provide key financial metrics
Tax Planning and Compliance: Developing effective tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and fulfilling reporting requirements.
Corporate Governance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Treasury Management: Managing cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial resources, minimize risks, and maintain a healthy financial position.
International Expansion: Assisting the Finance Head in setting up offices, acting as a bridge between the GL executive (International Business) and the Finance Head.

Role Proficiencies:

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience in the field of Big Four (Statutory Audit + Financial Due diligence + FP&A team)
Experience in Post funding analysis start up (Finance Head / Finance function)
Experience in area of Financial planning & analysis and Financial reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent technical skills
