Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these projections.
Manage investments and ensure that the organization's financial resources are being used effectively.
Ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Manage the organization's accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue generation, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring that all staff members are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) preferred.
At least 1 to 4 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and investment management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
