Key Responsibilities:

Market analysis: Researching and identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, and tracking sales data to identify trends
Strategic planning: Developing strategies to attract new clients and build relationships with current ones
Client management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions
Sales process: Overseeing the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales negotiations
Communication: Communicating with clients, sales teams, and business managers to keep and grow accounts
Presentations: Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients
Time management: Developing schedules, creating meetings, and delegating tasks
Company representation: Representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences

Role Proficiencies:

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development or a related field.
Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
