Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Manage HRMS applications for maintaining accurate employee records.
Employee Engagement & HR Policies: Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Recruitment & Requisition: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates.
Office Administration: Vendor and Facilities Management: Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective services.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 1-2 years of experience in office management and HR operations.
Strong expertise in vendor negotiation, facilities management, and budget oversight.
Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
Proficient in modern office management and HRMS tools.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
