Female Business Development Manager : Corporate Interior Designing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, through Architects, Builders, IPC’s , and Estate Agents.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new corporate interior design projects.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities within the commercial sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture, construction, and real estate industries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the corporate interior design segment.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Education - Bachelor's & degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience - around 5-10 years’ plus experience
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in securing corporate interior design projects.
  • Extensive experience / network with Architects, Builders, IPC’s , and Estate Agents.
  • Strong network and relationships within the commercial real estate and design industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of interior design concepts and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
