Key Responsibilities:
  • The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in- class service to the customers.
  • liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer.

  • Handling cash and clearing transactions.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
  • 0 to 10 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
  • Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
  • Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
  • Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
