Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement Trade Marketing and Distribution plans at the outlet level & achievement of sales expectations.
  • Achievement of agreed sales expectations & monitor actual sales against expectations
  • Implementation of market and outlet coverage plans and adherence to fixed call frequency for self and customer groups
  • Ensuring regular order capture and efficient delivery systems
  • Implementation of trade and consumer schemes with evaluation and feedback of merchandising activity
  • Accurate forecasting to ensure pipeline reconciliation and ensure adequate and timely remittances through mid-course corrections
  • Provide constructive recommendations and timely feedback for countering competitive activities
  • Understanding of the territorial landscape and develop superior trade relations with key trade members
  • Assist in the effective functioning of WD operations through including Order Capture & Delivery systems
  • Adherence to the code of conduct and compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms
Role Proficiencies:
  • Graduate (MBA Preferred)
  • Age: Max 35 years
  • min 2 years of experience in FMCG Field
  • Candidates from reputed FMCG organizations will be preferred
  • Experience:

    2 - 15 Years

    6 LPA - 10 LPA
