Executive Assistant to MD/CEO : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with strong English communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in MS Office, and a professional demeanour.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing executive-level schedules, communications, and follow-ups, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination for the MD/CEO
  • Executive Support: Manage and maintain MD/CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations, Draft, proofread, and manage high-quality emails, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action points, Ensure timely follow-ups with teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day office tasks including document management, data entry, and report preparation, Maintain confidential records and files, Coordinate and schedule internal and external business meetings
  • Business Support: Assist in idea generation, research, and documentation for strategic initiatives, Maintain dashboards and reports for business reviews, Provide support in reviewing contracts, presentations, and proposals.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience reporting directly to MD/CEO or similar senior leadership
  • Excellent command of English – both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
