Executive Assistant (LGBTQ+ and PWD preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management of senior management on day to day basis. Proactive calendar-management (customer meetings, internal meetings, conference calls, catering)
  • Co-ordination for interviews and on boarding process
  • Executive visits co-ordination
  • Arrange off-site leadership team events
  • Organize small employee events – celebrations, get togethers in discussion with the head / HR
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries including visas and accommodation
  • Interface with travel provider and employee on tickets, visas and hotel bookings
  • Process travel claims for Manager/ HODs
  • Coordinate logistics for Team Meetings/Events
  • Visitor management
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events
  • Track specific projects status updates
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Raise IT remedy request and purchase request
  • Coordinate & work in teams with internal support functions (Finance, Admin, HR, Security, IT)
Role Proficiencies:
  • should have 7-8 years of experience in administrative or secretarial functions
  • Strong Communication Skills, written & oral
  • Attention to detail
  • Building and managing relationships
  • Strong work ethic
