Calendar Management of senior management on day to day basis. Proactive calendar-management (customer meetings, internal meetings, conference calls, catering)
Co-ordination for interviews and on boarding process
Executive visits co-ordination
Arrange off-site leadership team events
Organize small employee events – celebrations, get togethers in discussion with the head / HR
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries including visas and accommodation
Interface with travel provider and employee on tickets, visas and hotel bookings
Process travel claims for Manager/ HODs
Coordinate logistics for Team Meetings/Events
Visitor management
Organize and coordinate internal and external events
Track specific projects status updates
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Raise IT remedy request and purchase request
Coordinate & work in teams with internal support functions (Finance, Admin, HR, Security, IT)
Role Proficiencies:
