Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Lead the development of an enterprise architecture framework and drive its implementation across the organization.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and enhances operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and IT teams to understand needs and deliver appropriate technology solutions.
Technology Standards: Establish and enforce technology and data standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Innovation and Transformation: Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and technology transformation to improve services and reduce costs.
Risk Management: Address technology-related risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of architectural solutions and make necessary improvements.

Role Proficiencies:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering) is required.
A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) would be a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture or a similar strategic technical leadership role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions and integrating complex systems across multiple platforms.
Experience with cloud technologies, platforms, and enterprise integration.
Demonstrated expertise in driving technology transformation and delivering business-aligned solutions.
Skills: Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Proficiency in architectural design and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of technology standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience in ITIL, Agile methodologies, or DevOps practices is also beneficial.
