Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics, including bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints.
Implement best practices for email authentication, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Identify and resolve deliverability issues related to email content, sending frequency, and list quality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email templates and content for better deliverability
Manage email sender reputation to foster positive relationships with ISPs
Stay updated on industry trends, email regulations, and changes in email provider policies
Work with ESPs and delivery vendors to troubleshoot and improve deliverability
Provide recommendations and guidance to enhance overall email marketing performance

Role Proficiencies:

Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Expertise in correcting DNSBL listings and resolving ISP blocks.
Experience designing and conducting seed testing for inbox placement.
Proficiency in maintaining DNS and MTA, including MTA routing.
Demonstrated ability in IP warm-up strategy and segmentation building
Familiarity with email deliverability tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on email deliverability data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
