ED Coding Trainer : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver ED coding training (CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS/NCCI edits).
Update and maintain training materials and SOPs.
Provide individual and group coaching.
Monitor audit and quality scores, delivering feedback.
Support coders with complex queries and documentation improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to align training with audit trends.
Adapt training delivery for in-person and virtual formats.

Role Proficiencies:

Technical: Mastery of ED coding (CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, NCCI). Audit analysis and feedback implementation. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and payer-specific rules.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong analytical capability for performance evaluation. Effective mentorship, adaptability, and curriculum development.
