Key Responsibilities:

Team management, budget planning and control
Statutory compliance related to Instrumentation.
PM & Calibration planning and execution and timely closure in SAP
PM & Calibration planning and execution and timely closure in SAP
Proof tests of control systems i.e. BPCS, ESD, SIS & other systems
Adherence to IMS documentation & development of new standard documents as required.
Local level CAPEX execution related to instrumentation & control.
Ensuring compliance with Functional Safety standards and Hazardous area standards.
Ensuring compliance with Functional Safety standards and Hazardous area standards.
Maintenance of instrumentation peripheral services like EPABX, walkie talkie etc.
Execution of instrumentation jobs in accordance with work permit system/site safety standards.
Leading & collaborating with cross function teams to improve system performance.
Contribute as active member in safety studies and exercises like HAZOP, LOPA, PHR etc.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 10+ Years of Experience
Knowledge of HART based Instrumentation and parameter configuration ï‚· Knowledge of process control, panel wiring & electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge of HART based Instrumentation and parameter configuration ï‚· Knowledge of process control, panel wiring & electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge in operation and maintenance of Smart and electropneumatic Positioner, Pneumatic and motorized Valve Actuators, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, PH, TDS, OCEMS, Control Valve, RTD, Thermocouple, PNG and HSD fired/Other burners, data loggers, HMI, PLC hardware, DCS hardware, LIW/GIW systems, Weighing systems & Load cells, bespoke/special controllers, Burner Management Systems, SIL, SIS, process equ
Basic Knowledge of E&I drawings, GAD, Hook ups, C&E, Alarm & Trip Schedule
