Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to ETB (Existing to Bank) and NTB (New to Bank) customers
Promote and sell various banking products, Secured loans, Unsecured Loans,Credit Cards,Life and General Insurance
Explain product features, address queries, and assist customers with the application and documentation process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and activation targets.
Maintain call quality, compliance, and data accuracy as per bank standards.
Encourage customers to use digital banking tools and platforms.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Proficiencies:

Graduation (Mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates in Sales / Tele-Sales / Banking / Financial Products can apply.
Strong spoken communication in English and any regional language
Confidence and clarity in telephonic conversations.
