Key Responsibilities:

Develop Analytic Solutions: Create innovative analytics to provide actionable insights, enhancing business decisions and performance.
Support Operational Analytics: Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and performance.
Data Transformation: Manage data transformation processes to support front-end reporting analytics, including understanding and utilizing ETL 'back end' data development and configuration.
Technical and Domain Issue Analysis: Analyze issues in live applications, addressing business queries related to application outputs and business logic.
Data Quality Assurance: Develop quality assurance processes, create validation and test scenarios, and perform root cause analyses to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Influence Leadership: Advocate for new ideas, projects, and approaches to senior leadership, driving innovation within the organization.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Math, or related field 5+ years experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS 3+ years in ETL, data warehousing, and migration 2+ years in Power BI or similar visualization tools
Hands-on with ADF pipelines, SQL Server, and cloud platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and insight generation. Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings
Good to Have: Master's or advanced degree. Experience with Agile, cloud tech, and data science tools (Python/R/Tiger Graph). Healthcare domain exposure (Medicaid, Medicare, Exchange). Skills in process mapping, UAT, and workflow design
