Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers: Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and questions via phone, email, chat, or social media
Providing information: Sharing information about products or services, and guiding customers on how to use them
Maintaining records: Tracking customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions
Building relationships: Sourcing and developing client referrals to build business relationships
Monitoring processes: Ensuring that company standards and policies are adhered to
