Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls / chats / emails related to banking products and services
Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround time and service standards
Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations (KYC, security, and process guidelines)
Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account details, and services
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required
Meet performance targets (quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction)

Role Proficiencies:

Strong communication skills in English & Priority mainly for Malayalam Batch on 27th August , Another day for Tamil, Kannada, telugu also can apply
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools
Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
Experience: 0 to 4 years in customer service / rotational shift and one Rotational Off
Age Upto 29 only can apply
